The Last Polka

Polkacide and The Bottom of The Hill are proud to present THE LAST POLKA and invite people from all over the Bay Area young and old to take this chance to polka their backsides off in the loudest and brashest way possible on what is to be a historic chapter in the history of the San Francisco music scene. Performance at Bottom of the Hill, San Francisco on October 8, 2017.  For tickets, Click Here.

Not a Genuine Black Man

This funny, honest piece recounts the struggles Brian Copeland faced growing up in San Leandro in the 1970s, when it was known as one of the most racist suburbs in the country. Copeland and his family faced harassment and isolation in their efforts to carve out their identities in a racially hostile environment.  Playing at The Marsh, San Francisco August 19 – September 30, 2017.  For tickets, Click Here
